第一次跟大家跑...發覺還是照自己的速度跑比較好,剛開始有點快,所以最後就非常累,而且下午三點多跑,天氣也真的有點熱...所以體力流失太快,造成後面跑不動的情形...嗯10月14日全馬...決定剛開始維持6分30秒看能維持多久再說...
