身體不會騙自己,該減量或休息一下,前幾天跑個半馬,兩個大陡坡,隔兩天又騎自行車40k,整個大鐵腿,昨天想說騎個30k,恢復的差不多,不覺得累,今天就是跑不起來,我可不想造成運動傷害,之前為了練全馬,兩天一次半馬,跑完全馬後,隔4天又去跑半馬,結果跑者膝上身,我就休息,加上3k,5k,慢慢練回21k無傷完賽,我可不想重蹈覆轍啊!
