準備話劇比賽忙到很晚,餓著肚子穿舊鞋子還是來跑,彌補昨天偷懶的愧疚感。本來起跑懶洋洋的沒什麼目標,後來想起最近想練速度,距離倒是其次,第四圈才開始加速。其實目標也不高,慢慢拉到5分半的均速就好。我跑第五道大概每圈要2'22",每半小時要12圈半,才能達到,這對我來說是會有點喘的速度了。但是短期內先以全馬為目標,還是要練點速度才會進步。
還好身體漸漸恢復了,配上涼爽的天氣,後段越跑越舒服,順利跑完40圈目標。(另外第一圈忘了選跑操場模式,關掉再開的,後來併到這份紀錄裡。)
跑完還是會累,到旁邊拉拉筋,巧遇鄭大哥,難得有機會跟他多聊一點。原來他從小就練田徑,跑馬也有卅多年的經驗了,可以跑到310左右,真是厲害啊~
鄭大哥說想組隊團練,嗯,台東如果能有同好一起練一定很快樂。只是要跟上強者鄭大哥恐怕要很拼才行!
