下半年跑馬季以來,雙腳及身體一直處於緊繃狀態,以往經驗只要跑過一場全馬身體跑開狀況就會解除,今年則是反常越跑越緊,受限於緊繃疼痛力量無法施展,跑的很用力速度也出不來,一連幾場不到半馬就爆了。
很感謝超馬強人黃衍齡黃大姐,陪我跑了30幾k她前一天才受邀跑過開廣杯超馬賽63k/6小時,隔日又來跑這場大發馬且還拿下女總三的成績,真是太佩服了!受教於黃大姐狀況不佳受傷時,與其拼命跑拿不出成績還不如慢慢跑成績或許還更好,至少不會打擊自己的士氣徒讓自己心情低落,陷入難以復原的惡性循環。
於是改變了以往的跑法,以往前半馬都會維持在5分內的速度,這次則降低到5分半,本想說可以跟住黃大姐跑完全程,無奈30k過後一個上坡就掉速了,黄大姐離我遠去,自己慢速跺步直到聽到身後一群人說那不是聰哥嗎?居然快被委員的小組超越了,於是才奮力使勁恢復到5:30的配速就這樣一路回到終點,這也得感謝委員的破4小組一路尾隨在後才得以讓我保4有成
今年報名場次間隔在一至兩週但全都是全馬,無法讓身體充分休息,也難以做適當的訓練,下個月又有鎮西堡100k即將到來,若不做密集訓練恐怕難以完賽不過身體受的了嗎?挫爹蛋!
