休息多天,本想跑個破百,調整速度感。可惜,天太冷又季風強,只好穩跑,測試末段五公里加速,還是天冷怕受傷,適可而止。最後一公里要加速至4分20秒,果然天冷耗能有些微要抽筋感,放慢。日後再試!
