沒有練習兩個月了,體重達到新高的62公斤。跑到16公里處已經感到疲倦了,一直苦苦支撐,經常想放棄。天氣很冷,慢下來時就會發抖,沒有力氣快起來。雖然是最慢的完賽時間,但是總算無傷無痛下順利完賽。
