| 賽前一晚插曲:一對死老外意然在民宿 (日租套房) 的共用廁所演出 [啪啪啪] 活春宮戲碼!害我睡的很不好且也不敢出去上廁所…只好拿塑膠袋來小便...好險不是大號...XD,整晚的雜音吵死了...多少也影響了今天的賽事,有朋友遇過同樣的 [奇遇] 嗎...!?真是天殺的死老外~!
今日好手果然不少,自覺單以 6 小時這一項比去年超馬嘉年華強度強的多,本日前 42.2 K全馬約花了 3 小時 43 分...有點太快...,50K 約花了 4 小時 28 分…此時已開始爆炸…,到了最後的一個半小時只跑了 13K…不耐熱整個大爆炸...當然未真的痊癒腳傷也是大因素,枉費中段時工作人員提醒說目前有前 20 名…不過自己爆胎就沒辦法了…囧,至少有達成賽前自訂目標 60 K,給自己一個讚~!^^
結論 : 想要更上一層樓就要先徹底把腳傷養好然後重新來過打底,有捨才有得,自己要覺悟
