第一次凌晨03:00起跑不知身體會起什麼變化?未知數!走路至起跑點上已是滿頭大汗了,看來有著抽筋的準備!
起跑後,想要平常跑速來跑,可是~可是~身體似乎還在睡覺喚不醒,只好慢慢更著,看看到05~06點會不會好一點,果然時間到了身體已經要運作了,可是這邊的運動飲料是有氣體的~有氣體的~有氣體的!剛好小弟帶著13顆鹽糖,喝開水配鹽糖!就這樣撐著想看看有沒有烤雞滷味啊~?幻象破滅到21km後才有兩站香蕉及一站能量包!原來我已被臺灣賽事養大了!就這樣子把自己當烤肉烤ㄧ烤!10:00多竟然比臺灣中午還熱!真是灰熊熱!還好沒被關門完賽!感謝可樂旅遊的貝貝及姝綺再終點線上幫拍照 賽後評分: 補給無法跟國內比!呵呵 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~152 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 152~157 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 157~166 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 166~171 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為171 點此去設定最大心率 |
