今天北部的朋友都去參加萬金石馬.南部的朋友都去參加南科馬.沒比賽的我只好自己跑環大高雄過過癮囉.順便練練心阿.今天也蠻多人在跑步的.在澄清湖遇到榮根教官和他女友.在美術館遇到永凌和沅沅.
今天由於一個人跑.所以都把速度希望能維持在pace530左右.不過到了28K就開始失速了.而且跑到後來越跑越熱.所以47K就收工了...XD
