預定的賽前最後一次長距離練跑,馬拉松配速練習PART3,結果是最慘的一次。
先是半夜起床上廁所的時候發現上次腳底裂開的地方又裂了(還好這次裂比較小)。
然後跑這種速度居然才剛過20K就得燃燒小宇宙(意志力)來撐下去(累積的疲勞爆發了嗎?),腦袋想著:"難道要像初馬的最後一次長距離一樣半途放棄嗎?不,這次我要靠意志力撐完!"。
或許變更補給是錯誤的決定(今天的補給是芭樂乾+白開水)......
今天跑完真的像是被榨乾了一樣,很久沒有跑到這樣的感覺出來了,很直接感覺得到大、小腿的疲勞。接下來真的得好好減量休息了......
話說只剩11天還不知道比賽路線心裡真有點不安啊~
