本月最後一跑,幫弟弟泡完奶粉換好尿布後,吃了根香蕉填填肚子出門,才六點半天色已亮,少了點晨跑的氣氛,今天由傳統壽山入口往上跑,跑往山海宮,沿路的車友比跑友還多,台灣獼猴也不少,回程天氣漸熱,過西子灣已經有點耐不住,沖了點涼水,最後繞路湊足21K,幸虧早已打消夏季跑全馬的念頭,真是意志力的考驗,本月跑不到130K,有點偷懶,下個月再努力,下次假日清晨練跑,可得5點就出門,才能享受晨跑的孤獨涼意。
