一波未平一波又起,坡坡相連到天邊...
當初不知道發啥神經竟然去報名不是平路的50K超馬(繞五圈10K起伏的丘陵地)而且還限時七小時,平路馬跑6H都很勉強的我,真的是起笑了.. 今天感謝蔡主任賽前一小時帶我去熱身跑了2K,一直擔心今天狀況不好而且又下雨,所以前段根本只有悶著跑也不敢看時間(除了進終點感應門才看每圈的時間),每圈10K進攻的策略就是爬坡就走,下坡就穩速保持均速10前進加減趕進度,所以前面四圈(分段時間1:08:41 , 1:15:54 , 1:23:02 , 1:28:35 ;累計花5:16:13完成40K,所以最後一圈1:40:56才有時間拍照看風景..)超乎我想像達成我的預定目標(4H跑30K,後3H拼20K)
後話:雖然每兩年辦一次寶二50K超馬,但是跑馬後段班530以後的還是不建議去挑戰,真的很硬....
