今天本來是要去參加Ian大哥的烘爐地團練,昨天應Colin Chen大邀約去跑公館河濱,早上5點開車出門約在南勢角騎車載我前往,另外有他兩個同事一起總共4
個人,去程保持6分速跑往大稻埕方向,回程完全跟不上他們的速度我只能自己一個人6.5分速慢慢跑回來,今天跑了將近13km,沿途風大還飄點小雨,公館自來水園區今天有辦舒果健走看起來還不錯說~
