今天進田徑場跑,因為看這天氣大概會下雷雨(結果只有短陣雨);空氣感覺很悶濕,沒幾圈就滿身汗了。前30分當作狀況檢視,後30分作漸速,但強度拉不上去=.=,最後接近1小時開始下雨,想說...好吧!收工,旁邊伸展。
最近看了山姆伯伯的文章,提到評估動態柔軟度、核心肌力、平衡及整體神經肌肉控制。照著裡頭提到的部分稍微試了一下,發現自己基本的平衡上好像有一些問題在。
因此,最近又有減量從新打掉的準備了。(話說我這一年幾乎都是這樣在過....好像...不大好,有傷還是要治好啊!)
