夏天真不適合跑馬!帶了一瓶水出門,連半馬都跑不完!跑到快15K時,右小腿抽筋,只好先混到高鐵站去洗臉,吹冷氣、喝水!最後再慢慢晃回來,終於完成這艱辛的操半馬啦!
