基隆Hugo 基隆Hugo 鳳凰颱風夜的雲林虎科大~在風雨操場上完成105圈赤足馬初體驗。
早上06:30先陪兒子到基隆外木山小鐵人賽報到,因颱風取消海泳改成跑-騎-跑。因要趕赴參加故鄉雲林虎科大赤足馬,後續就麻煩泰哥代為照應一下。
下午5點多報到,晶片別在肩或帽子上;傍晚氣候還是覺得悶熱,出發前還先沖個冷水澡。雖然人數不多,但終於全場都是赤足的跑者,有種莫明的興奮感。
6點暮色低垂中起跑,賽前希望能在4小時完成,就照上週日在基隆體育場練習速度,以5分半左右配速進行。場上的赤足跑者配速都比較保守,只能跑外圈照自己的速度進行;通過司令台感應區時,有螢幕可以看到自己的圈數,旁邊有飛虎常跑私設的豐富補給站。
前30圈都還蠻順暢的,但越跑感覺身體逐漸熱起來;40圈後可能冰飲料多喝幾杯,肚子左下方感覺有點快要抽筋,開始放慢速度再觀察一下;53圈(21K)感覺有點撞牆了, 心想也太早了吧!
還好天氣開始轉變,雷聲閃電四起,接著滂沱大雨把操場都下到積水超過足掌厚度。速度放慢和雷雨的洗禮後,身體狀況逐漸恢復,但吃喝補給的次數也增加許多。
