今天與阿超一起練LSD,我刻意壓速度不要讓腳有太大負擔,繞河濱一圈剛好約22公里左右,跑步也可以很悠閒愜意,途中還遇到在圓山舉辦的Sweets Run,看到一堆妹讓阿超很爽。很開心老婆今天依然騎U-BIKE陪跑,結束後大家一起去饒河街夜市的角頭牛排大塊朵頤一番,真是愉快充實的一天!
