一起跑就覺得腳超酸,不太能出力,只好不管預期的強度,改成順順的把距離吃完就好,跑了快10km身體才比較進入狀況的感覺,所以10~20km應該是比較正常的一段,20km以後是真的開始沒力,吃了25km勉強接受收工,能再吃3~5km更好,下次囉~其實整個過程心率都好低,但肌肉的無力感也好重,速度出不太出來......囧
