今天的跑感不錯, 大部份都能輕鬆跑在5:20-5:25, 腳步滾動的感覺是順暢的, 有時遇到逆風和轉彎處會有點小超速被手錶提醒要放慢;12K補水+跟朋友拍照, 重新啟動時, 節奏稍亂、速度太快, 有即時的修正找回配速。
