偷懶差不多一星期,決定今日30k LSD和新鞋開光 NB MT10 trail running shoes, 買前知到此跑鞋以模擬barefoot run作買點。
起步馬上發覺MT10沒有一點緩衝,腳板完全感受到地面一沙一石的變化,在首1km腳底、膝頭、大腿已經強烈投訴,要盡量走在柏油馬跑上,全程要忍痛完成。T.T
從網上知道,赤腳跑可以鍛鍊大小腿肌肉,對耐力跑有幫助,不過未能適應,下次會跑短一點或走在運動場。
