今天陪老婆練跑一下,試試看她的左膝外側還痛嗎,上星期冬山河她跑到32K左右,就因為左膝疼痛,後面10K全部用走的回來,休息了一星期,如果今天跑還會痛,明天台北馬我們就放棄了,還好沒痛感覺,明天可以參加台北馬了,希望明天可以順利完賽。
