第一次 LSD 模擬全馬,規劃了一個先甘後苦的路線,知道風大,一開始就讓順風往遠的地方推了我跑了十幾公里,這是讓自已沒有退路,回程頂著風可慘了,24K,小七補了大亨堡和舒跑,體力略為恢復,小腿還是愈來愈軟,回到青埔得再補 10K 才有到 39K,這才敢跑回家,才想加快一點速度,右大腿後隱約有抽筋的感覺,還是持續慢慢的跑吧。跑到手機都沒電了,40K 低電位紅灯亮,快停下來存檔上傳,下次一定要充飽,砍掉一些不必要的 processes ,才跑的完全馬。
