應該有5年以上沒有跑超過30k,今天和林崧大哥他們從猴硐附近跑,跑到三貂嶺車站,繞了約2.5趟。
早上出門時有點飄雨,但跑的時候沒雨,不過跑15k左右時突然覺得右腳有採到水的感覺,明明我穿GORE-TX防水鞋,流汗會流得這麼誇張嗎?後來跑完脫鞋確認,真的是流汗,除了腳底的汗以外,很多是從身上流下去的,看來穿護小腿也是有必要,可以幫忙吸一點汗,讓鞋子內不要太濕。
今天跑到後段大腿超痠,跑完一個半馬時其實就不太想跑,如果不是林崧大哥,我應該變更慢,結果竟然也讓我跑完。
