天氣:六點時天氣涼爽很舒服,八點開始略感炎熱,到大稻埕之後因為太陽東曬的角度關係,河堤道仍處於陰涼處,氣溫也很涼爽
狀態:腳拇指肌腱炎起跑前已痊癒八成,但腳拇指活動仍沒有很靈活,加上昨日熱血騎不厭亭,起跑前體力約只有平常的七成左右,因此起跑前跑速設定在6:30左右,只要跑超過27KM就好,過大稻埕之後發現膝蓋更加痠痛(受到昨日騎行影響),腳拇指肌腱地方也開始痠痛,怕舊傷新傷復發,影響10/3合歡山跑馬,便決定提早收工返家休息。
