比起虛弱的九月份,現在練間歇感覺身體有比較恢復了,可能天氣涼下來也有差吧。最近報了阿猴國興盃,隊上成員又開始摩拳擦掌努力準備。有人問我目標多少?唉,好像還是不太能想這問題,主要目標還是長距離的超馬吧,可是最近又沒什麼時間累積練跑量,結果兩邊都顧不好。
