憑感覺慢慢加速到M強度前段,配速很難衝到43X,就算維持在445-450間也很辛苦,大腿有點痠,上週大病後體力還是維持在低檔,一碰到坡就只能碎步前進,再來的間歇課表想換到湖口後山上執行,平路的先改成長間歇配速跑。
