本來計畫37.後來跑32.4有補到33
多的里程應該是去散步的
天氣很熱 帶水強迫自己每個休息站都要喝個幾口水
拿水跑上中寮還是會累後面就輕鬆很多
不過到了咪咪補給站後來就好熱
好險有北極殿供應仙草衷心感謝
應該跑3小時半多 多出來的應該是喇賽時間
沒有看表 全程順順依身體感覺跑或放慢
到國小前約630
高塔那邊HOYO等人開530上去
後面大概一定pace調整跑
身體感覺膝蓋應該漸漸好了
剩另外一處...這陣子不能跑強度....
