連兩日早起,真是累...
為了11月的觀音馬,今天去感受一下路線!
微風運河起跑後,就深刻的體認今天又開心了!繼昨日半馬後,心跟身體都很誠實的反應,完全就是不想跑@@
昨天沒有好好休息跟收操,真的是太大意了!
手錶設定自動暫停,休息時間都沒算到>< 合計花了7小時10分左右!
全程喝了1瓶氣泡飲料/2瓶可樂/1碗素當規湯/1瓶蜜豆奶/1瓶咖啡/2500cc水,吃了1杯冰/2顆塩碇/1條巧克力,2500的水...(這是遠足?)
30k後就切西瓜,最後一個上坡放棄,太累了!
平常吃太少,跑長距真的太累,還有上上下下太磨心了。要再加油,不然2馬的時間很難進步><
