初一跑完拜年馬就廢了好幾天,初二初三都在狂吃~初四總是應該要出來跑一下吧~於是就自己出門跑跑了~
因為要回家吃午飯,如果跑到仁義潭回來可能就太晚了,於是就決定只繞蘭潭來回就回家~湊個接近二十公里就好~
回來的路上去買女王想吃的民主雞肉飯和超好吃的光華愛玉~然後結束這一回合的跑步,回家又開始吃了~XD
好久沒月跑量破200了,太感動了~感謝鎮西堡和拜年馬~這兩場就106K了~哈~
