一直撐到28公里的水站才去上廁所
但是不知是怎樣整個人都沒力氣
此後速度就一路下降
再也拉不起來
想到還有14公里
就覺得頭皮發麻
本來預計要破430
看來是沒辦法達成
只好邊跑邊調整
力求健康完賽
然而最後的結局還不錯
雖然後段跑得很艱辛
還是有突破PB
