沒事報什麼北海道馬拉松,想說拚個好成績,就在馬拉松世界下載一個課表來跑.
阿伯就是沒那個腳力,6月初比目魚肌腱拉傷,復健後恢復跑......7月初又再一次拉傷,天兒啊!再次復健,直至8月1日才又進行恢復跑.
就這樣,跑一天,休一天......跑到今天3小時跑了25K,我盡力做到我所能做的,8月27日限時5小時的北道馬,就聽天由命了......
