周一跑完當天沒事情,沒想到隔天一早起床忽覺不妙─我鐵腿了耶!!!小腿很久沒這麼酸咧,酸到今天還在痠,只好慢慢的跑囉!果然是有動會有差,跑著跑著就比較好了。
