108 特訓 40K 1/2
今天到坪林,原本打算來兩段 26 + 16,不過第二段時間來不及加上有點小迷路,就只跑了 33K 收工。
國道五號開通後,來坪林的人少了,相對旅遊品質好很多。今天要跑的金瓜寮溪,更是美上添了,尤其一下子馬路一下子步道,腿酸得ㄌㄟ。金瓜寮溪早已實施封溪護魚,不但水清見底,苦花更是多得數不清。坪林這邊的空氣比陽明山更好,尤其車子極少,真是棒極了。以後要多來坪林跑跑~
