很久沒跑柴山了,難得下午有空,中午忙完一些事後吃個麵包就來個山路的耐熱訓練,還真熱啊,雖然部分路段有樹蔭,但仍有一半以上的山路是太陽直曬的,跑得還蠻累的均速也跑不到六分速內,還需多多磨練啊!
