告別上週的病痛,本日是要來首度體驗30公里以後的風景,沒想到剛開始來了一個驚魂景象,從新海橋出發看見警察在自行車道拉封鎖線,旁邊還放著一塊白布,白布下依稀出現人身體的形狀,經過時不停默念著佛號祝福,希望快過年了,大家都能平安。可能是生病初癒,也可能是補給不夠,身體太餓了,剩下最後5公里時,胃部出現不舒服的現象,是一種太久沒進食的抽痛感,雖然這次只增加了1公里多,卻讓我體會適時補給的重要性,下次要再加油才行。
