昨天一念之間先回家,結果就下雨不能跑了。這陣子穩定的跑量突然中斷,搞得我整晚渾身不對勁。只能做一點核心來彌補,然後今天就跑得比減量多一點吧。
其實這波寒流不算很冷,只是溫度比昨天低,起跑前還是有掙扎。為了趕緊熱起來就跑稍快了些,幾乎忘了後天一早又要比賽了。穿薄鞋膝蓋比較容易不舒服,感覺左右兩邊輪流有點痛,還好不算太嚴重。雖然主要目標放在兩週後的超馬,對關山馬其實還是有點在意,不過至少穩穩跑完別受傷最重要。
