昨天場勘時的氣溫讓人覺得要是今天也是一樣的話跑起來會很舒服,但今天太陽很開心的跑出來露臉了,在沒有遮蔽物的地區還是會熱阿~"~
撞牆期仍在30K左右出現,明明呼吸都正常但腳就是酸、不舒服、緊繃......回來後才發現第一次跑到腳出水泡,還好位置不在腳底板上,不然大概只能一路瘸著回終點了。看來目前困擾的不是ITB,而是大腿前後肌耐力不足了>"<
