這週沒有報任何的比賽.所以自己練LSD.原本是今天早上要跑的.結果太好睡睡過頭就改成下午4點跑.今天跑新路線.從左營海青工商跑到小港國小折返.這條路線還不錯跑.沿路都有人行道可以跑.就順順跑47K收工
PS:而在美術館真的很容易遇到認識的.去程遇到Lu Lu.回程遇到高中同學薇姐也在跑.真的非常湊巧.
