| 賽後心得:(睡醒才想到)
本來賽前預定前30K以6:20配,後面看天意,結果正好遇到我愛的天氣陰天+小毛雨,一開始起跑時是5:50,覺得好像還好那就前面維持5分尾6分初,留點扣打給後面軟腳用XD,前半馬208。
後半馬一開始我就先餵自己吃很多食物保持心情愉悅😙,但效果續航力很差,我到25K就開始厭世了,每K都在找白棚子的蹤影,看到周圍開始有步兵,真的很心動,但我還是盡量到水站才停,因為如果隨便停下來,之後就會停得沒完沒了~~
還有那2座橋跟1個地下道,我堅持用跑的,很喘但我就是不走不走不走(傲
30-37K,感覺得到周圍滿滿地厭世能量,我也是其中之一XD開始想水站想瘋了。
終於剩下5K,我復活了,單藍前面耍廢幾K也是有幫助到,後半馬219完成。
