好久沒參加PTT公館團,今天來跑來插花
在熱身後開跑,速度馬上拉到53X,後來進入4XX..2K .3K.4K6K...小腿快爆了,就到藍球場後算一下今天的跑量(加跑回公館)距離有半馬,當下就不在往前跑,回頭跑。這時才發現經過4XX速跑了五KM多小腿比跑全馬還累 .......看來有時間就要練一下速度讓小腿適應 XD
