最近實在跑太少,所以很沒把握跑好,整場就前二小時狀況最好,之後就每況愈下了,後面3個小時竟然只跑半馬而已,一直在走路,怎會狀況差到這樣,真的不能太久沒跑長距離,渣打馬之後就最多跑半馬吧,而且這個月來只跑6次,還有一次是5公里,可惜了春節,覺得意志力越來越弱,必需再從拾起決心才行。
賽後評分: 路線規劃還好,但補給不好,只有水沒運動飲料。
