終於完成初馬
初馬心得:
比賽前幾天,我一直思考要如何配速才不會爆掉,
比較了常一起跑的朋友,推出我的實力在3:38左右
比較了馬拉松世界,成績相近的跑友,推出也是3:38左右
我不甘心,因為最後兩個月我練的很辛苦,不甘心3:38
今天一開始我就衝出去了,
看了速度,似乎快出預設值很多
看了心跳,來到了169,平常超過164,就開始累積疲勞
檢視呼吸,不會喘
檢視腳力,不會酸
我知道比賽時我心跳會比平常高,於是只要心跳不超過169,就盡情奔跑吧!不管速度
到了33k終於還是爆了,
看著手錶,我開始計算,並分配著使用時間,最終完成330任務。
試問,今天如果前面每k慢10秒,是否33k就不會撞牆,答案不知道,但可以肯定的是如果還是撞牆了,成績就無法完成目標。
總結過去的經驗,不要怕爆掉,萬一沒爆,就是PB。
可怕的不是爆掉,而是害怕爆掉的心。
