練了20週結果比賽竟然跑不進目標配速,身體是在跟我開什麼玩笑?雖然10k後就決定放掉,還是在15k抽筋,勉強撐回來跑了個比初馬還差的成績,倒是吊車尾上凸台。
賽前宣言: 準備很久的目標賽事!吃一套課表下去看能破四幾分鐘!
賽後評分: 有快一半的補給站只有水,連運動飲料都沒,在氣溫可能很炎熱的天氣舉辦比賽,這種失誤是很要命的。
