上回跑完後左腳小趾下方還是會疼痛,先前都不以為為意,還以為是因為調整跑姿才引起,直到這次才正視這個問題,不曉得是不是鞋子的楦頭過窄?還是鞋帶綁得太緊?休息了幾天,跑步前選了楦頭較寬的鞋再放鬆鞋帶嘗試看看,跑完後沒有明顯的不適,看來似乎有效,下回再試試看另一雙的跑鞋!
