二度挑戰29公里,終於成功💪!
三四五工作較忙,沒辦法練跑,一方面腳很癢,再方面腳也變新鮮許多......。
週六晚上,沒有時間壓力,氣溫下降,偶爾還飄起小雨,這樣的天時和地利,加上「尚青」的雙腿打造出的人和,這次再不挑戰成功就太沒天理了!😂
雖然最後8公里跑得有些ㄍㄧㄣ,感覺得出大腿後側和臀部的僵硬,但還好我撐過去了。吃完課表再吃豆花和仙草奶凍,一整個舒爽啊!👍😋
強烈感知到重訓臀和腿後側的需要,可是對重訓沒什麼概念也沒什麼興趣,打算再裝死一陣子,有點苦惱呀⋯⋯😖
