放假完上班整天意興闌珊,連跑步都有點沒勁。還好今天有個新動機讓我想跑,就是新買的紅鞋。以我保守的個性,穿這顏色真是很大的突破。不過其實也半年沒買鞋了,以最近的跑量,可能會消耗很快,所以有一雙鮮豔的應該也還好吧。
Rider系列很熟悉了,只是從沒測過足型,寬的窄的交替亂買,最近還是覺得我不需要寬楦,比較有穩定的包覆感。
今天想說減量也許可以跑快一點,結果天氣悶熱也快不起來,或者我現在就是衝不快的狀態了吧。跑不進五分半,很喘很勉強的跑完40圈,跑完鞋襪都濕了。也許今天真的比較不好跑。
