自己第一次全程背補給比賽
過程喝了約2公升的水 +700cc的運動飲料
吃塩糖約10粒 +一條小羊羹 +一包小餅乾 +一個半的三角飯團
比賽路上,除了侯牡公路和市區外,其它路段遇到汽車的次數10隻手指頭都算的出來,過雙溪高中往蘭平千里的小路上還碰不到什麼人,真該讚賞主辦單位找到這種好路線
折返途中跑者也會互相加油打氣,這也是大場賽事不多見的
以第一場自助式的賽事而言,大部份都不錯
只是有些指引的牌子能再清楚就更完美了
