久違的漁光島×6趟來回…
雖然昨天的接力賽才9.2km,因是山路…所以仍鐵腿中…
為了10月份的4場短距離比賽,著重在速度的提昇,在速度與距離無法兼顧下,遂犧牲了長距離的訓練(已超過半年沒跑超過半馬以上的距離了…)
如今,4場短距離賽事都已完成,而且獲得不錯的成果…
接下來11-1月份都是全馬及超馬賽事…所以要加減練長距離了(希望來得及…)
