一年一度田中馬拉松
今年本來想說輕鬆跑就好,一起跑好像有魔力吸引我往前跑,後來乾脆前面認真跑,後面如果爆掉就認真吃補給,因為已經10個多月沒跑全馬了,加上足底肌膜炎沒好,所以不敢確定能不能跑完,幸好今天天氣夠涼爽,跑完半馬都覺得OK ,跑完30K體能開始慢慢下降,速度開始掉下來,腳也慢慢變重,果然體力還是不行,本來看到桶仔雞很想停下來吃補給,可是一大堆人擠在桶仔雞,如果要吃可能在排隊排很久,後來看看就算了繼續跑,到了40K左右又看到王品牛排,心真的想停下來吃,重點還是一樣滿滿人潮等待王品牛排,最後還是不等繼續跑完今天的全馬,幸好今天天氣涼爽後面沒爆掉,慶幸能在4小時內完賽,不枉費我這幾個月練習。
