感謝大學同學金剛全程陪跑配速,讓自己不但真真實實的拿下了Sub 4的成績,而且還一舉突破冠希哥障礙!35 ~ 40公里是這場馬拉松最痛苦的階段,很想繼續維持跑速,但就是跟不上。完賽後,一切都感覺不是那麼的真實,畢竟之前每次都以Sub 4的05:40配速,卻每每在25到30公里的階段就鍛羽而歸。有個人跟真的在跑步時的心裡層次感覺整個都不一樣!
